Meet the Team

Ed founded Macri in 1981 and has ensured the company’s culture and growth stays true to the original vision. Ed leads by example, emphasizing professionalism and integrity while treating all employees and clients with the highest respect.

Mark co‐founded Macri in 1981 and is responsible for the overall strength of the company so Macri can provide for our clients and every member of the team. Mark takes personal responsibility for managing the business, its culture, and ensuring the company’s reputation is upheld.

Ed is responsible for both the construction and service divisions of the company. He constantly strives to get the right people on the Macri team and empowers them to serve all our clients’ needs. Prior to joining Macri in 2003, Ed was involved in nearly every aspect of the commercial mechanical industry and brings significant field and engineering expertise to both the construction and service divisions.

Chris joined Macri in 2003 and quickly became a trusted advisor on all business matters. Chris oversees banking and company relations and provides an experienced perspective to the executive team.

Dan is responsible for all our construction field operations. He joined Macri as an apprentice in 1985 and is the longest tenured employee. Dan brings tremendous field experience to the construction team and is trusted to make sure all work performed on site goes smoothly and safely.

Mike is one of our most experienced project managers, joining Macri in 2002 and gaining experience in all roles of construction. Mike is responsible for all aspects of his commercial projects and brings valuable field experience and an eagerness to solve problems to each one of his jobs.

Julie is responsible for all aspects of our office operations. She joined Macri in 2013 and is a graduate of CCSU. Julie’s mission is to build the infrastructure, so all employees have the support to do their jobs as a valued part of the Macri team.

Denise is responsible for all aspects of our accounts payable and receivable operations. She joined Macri in 2008 and is a graduate of CCSU. Denise’s accurate reporting and focus on prompt payments are the backbone of Macri’s financial strength and industry standing.
